Talivida Creations OPC Private Limited does not sell any content, subscriptions, or services directly on this website (talividacreations.com). All purchases related to the Learnobia and Cracknet applications are made exclusively through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

1. App Store and Play Store Purchases

All in-app purchases, subscriptions, and payments for Learnobia and Cracknet are processed by Google LLC (Google Play Store) or Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) on their respective platforms. Refunds for such transactions are governed entirely by the refund policies of the respective platform through which the purchase was made.

• Google Play Store: Refund requests must be submitted through the Google Play Help Centre at support.google.com/googleplay.
• Apple App Store: Refund requests must be submitted through Apple at support.apple.com.

Talivida Creations does not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases made through these platforms and cannot override the policies of Google or Apple.

2. No Direct Sales on This Website

Since no transactions of any kind take place on talividacreations.com, there are no refunds applicable to this website directly.

3. HR Services

Engagements with Talivida HR Solutions are governed by separate written service agreements. Any refund or cancellation terms for HR services will be as specified in the individual service agreement between Talivida Creations and the client.
